Trust & Transparency
Editorial Policy
How we source, write, review, update, correct, and disclose food and wellness content.
Purpose and scope
We publish general educational content about food, recipes, and everyday wellness. We do not provide personal diagnosis, treatment plans, or guarantees of health outcomes.
Sources and claims
We prioritize government health agencies, recognized professional organizations, academic institutions, and peer-reviewed research. Strong claims require stronger evidence. Observational findings, early research, and expert opinion are identified with appropriate context.
Writing and review
Every article should show its author or responsible team, publication date, and last-updated date. A “medically reviewed” label is used only when a suitably qualified professional has reviewed the published version. The reviewer’s name, credentials, and review date must be visible.
Recipes and nutrition information
Recipes include ingredient, allergen, substitution, and storage notes when relevant. Nutrition values are estimates unless professionally analyzed and can vary by brands, portions, and substitutions. A recipe is described as tested only if it was actually prepared and assessed.
Updates and corrections
Material corrections are made promptly and noted when they could change a reader’s understanding or actions. A corrections mailbox will be published on the Contact page after the production domain and dedicated email account are ready.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationships and sponsorships are disclosed clearly. Payment or free products do not guarantee favorable coverage.
Use of digital tools
Digital tools may assist with research organization, drafting, translation, or copyediting. The operator and editors remain responsible for checking accuracy, context, source links, and disclosures before publication. Automated output is not presented as individualized medical advice.
