About the Guide
Practical health guidance for real life
What to eat, how to move, and where to make room for rest. We bring the everyday parts of health into the same conversation.
Health happens across an ordinary day
Choosing dinner, going for a walk after work, and deciding to rest when you are tired belong to the same life. Yet advice about food and exercise often arrives in separate piles of rules, each asking for more time and attention.
Food & Health Guide brings those questions together. We want each article to offer a useful way to compare options, understand a recommendation, or decide what fits. Time, budget, health, access, and personal preference all have a place in that decision.
What you will find here
Food & Nutrition helps make sense of labels, ingredients, and meal choices. Everyday Recipes brings those ideas to the kitchen with familiar ingredients, substitutions, and practical allergy and storage notes.
Movement & Activity covers walking, everyday movement, and the basics of aerobic and strength activity. Wellness & Recovery looks at hydration, sleep, and rest within the demands of an ordinary day.
How a guide comes together
We begin with a practical question, then look for the clearest answer supported by current, reputable sources. We give priority to public-health agencies, established professional organizations, academic institutions, and peer-reviewed research. When evidence is limited, mixed, or still developing, we say so.
The sources supporting the main claims are linked in the article so readers can check them directly. Publication and update dates are shown, and material errors are corrected. We describe a recipe as tested only when it has actually been prepared and assessed.
Natural writing in each language
Health guidance does not always travel neatly. Ingredients, measurements, familiar activities, and public guidance can differ from one place to another. Each language version is edited separately so each can sound natural while keeping the important facts, cautions, and sources aligned.
What we won’t promise
We do not prescribe individual diets or exercise plans, diagnose symptoms, or guarantee a particular health result. No article can account for every reader’s medical history, allergies, medications, culture, access, or personal needs.
Unless otherwise noted, articles are published under the Food & Health Guide editorial byline as general educational material. A professional-review label appears only when a named, suitably qualified reviewer has examined the published version.
Read the Editorial Policy for our sourcing, correction, disclosure, and digital-tool practices. The Medical Disclaimer explains the limits of the health information published here.
Built to be useful more than once
We aim to publish guides you can return to when you need a clearer sense of what to check, what to adjust, and what fits your life.
